• Falcon has developed a quality control plan in order to meet the requirements of standards, laws, and regulations that govern project specifications.
• Falcon has prepared a plan to overcome any possible negative consequences, in order to achieve the level of confidence in focusing on the following:

1. Site inspection, testing, and supervision.

2. Implement a full document control system for all project activities.

3. Detecting the problem early to facilitate timely corrective actions, thus reducing the number of reworking delays in the schedule.

4. Implementation of the detailed schedule, which must match the project timeline.

Safety Standards

Falcon is committed to safety, quality, and environment standards by applying international principles through ISO 14001 for environmental safety and ISO for occupational safety and health OHSAS 18001.
